Strada Virtual is 24/7 virtual urgent care. Strada Virtual + Counseling adds short-term virtual counseling. Strada Complete adds in-person care with your own primary care provider at our Omaha clinic, and includes both virtual urgent care and short-term counseling.
Everyday, non-emergency issues like colds, flu, sinus infections, sore throats, UTIs and rashes, by phone, app or web, 24/7. Use it as much as you want.
Counseling is short-term and solution-focused. After a brief assessment call, you're paired with a licensed counselor for scheduled phone or video sessions. The number of visits depends on your progress and needs, with no copays. Counseling is included in Strada Virtual + Counseling and Strada Complete.
Each member gets their own primary care provider at our clinic at 11810 Nicholas Street in Omaha. For one monthly membership fee, they can see that provider in person with same-day or next-day appointments and no copays for primary care visits. It's often called direct primary care.
On Strada Virtual and Strada Virtual + Counseling, each enrolled employee's family is covered too, up to 7 people, at no extra cost. Strada Complete includes virtual urgent care and counseling for the employee's whole family (up to 7), with in-person care priced at $99 per employee, $79 per spouse and $49 per child, up to $299 per family.
